Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of thoracoscopic radiofrequency ablation in the treatment on non-small cell lung cancer patients with low pulmonary function. Methods 60 patients with low pulmonary function and non-small cell lung cancer treated in Liuzhou Hospital of TCM from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as study subjects. According to treatment methods, the patients were divided into observation group and control group, and 30 cases of each group. Patients in the observation group underwent thoracoscopic radiofrequency ablation, and mediastinal lymph node dissection were conducted. The patients in the control group were treated with gemcitabine and cisplatin. The clinical effectiveness were evaluated. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 90. 0%( 27/30),which was higher than that in the control group( 70. 0%,21/30)( P 〈 0. 05). The 1-year survival rate was 86. 4%,the 2-year survival rate was 59. 1%,and the median survival time was 26 months in the observation group. The 1-year survival rate was 50. 0%,the2-year survival rate was 26. 9%,and the median survival time was 11 months in the control group. The median survival time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Non-small cell lung cancer patients with low pulmonary function, treated by radiofrequency ablation, have a clear short-term efficacy and safety. While long-term efficacy need to be further confirmed.
