细节管理在神经外科手术患者安全护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Detail Management in Safety Nursing of Patients Undergoing Operation in Department of Neurosurgery

目的观察细节管理在神经外科手术患者安全护理中的应用效果。方法选取2014年3月—2015年12月哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院神经外科收治的行手术治疗的患者200例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上增加细节管理,比较两组患者护理质量及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者护理态度、护理技能、沟通能力及护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论细节管理可有效提高神经外科手术患者护理质量,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To study the application effect of detail management in safety nursing of patients undergoing operation in Department of Neurosurgery. Methods From March 2014 to December 2015,a total of 200 patients underwent surgical treatment were selected in the Department of Neurosurgery, the Fourth Affiliated Hospital, Harbin Medical University. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number method, each 100 cases. Patients of control group were treated with routine nursing,and patients of observation group were given detail management on the basis of routine nursing,the quality of care and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing attitude, nursing skills, communication ability and nursing satisfaction score of observation group were statistically significantly higher than those of control group（ P 〈 0. 05）; the complication rate of observation group was statistically significantly lower than that of control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Details management can effectively improve the quality of nursing in Department of Neurosurgery patients,reduce the incidence of complications.
