心理护理干预对心血管内科重症患者护理质量的影响

Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Nursing Quality of Patients with Severe Cardiovascular Disease

目的探讨心理护理干预在心血管内科重症患者护理工作中的效果。方法选取哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院2014年12月—2016年7月收治的86例心血管重症患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组43例。两组患者均给予针对性的药物治疗,在此基础上给予对照组患者常规的护理模式,观察组患者采用心理护理干预措施。比较两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、生活质量调查评分量表评分。同时,通过自制满意度调查表对患者护理满意度进行调查。结果两组患者入院SAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者患者出院3个月SAS评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于心血管内科重症患者来说,采用有效的心理护理干预方式,能够有效的缓解患者的焦虑情绪,同时提升其生活质量,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the nursing of severe cardiovascular patients. Methods Eighty-six patients with severe cardiovascular disease admitted in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from December 2014 to July 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were given targeted drug therapy,on the basis of the control group of patients given conventional care model,and observation group of patients using psychological care interventions. Self-rating anxiety scale（ SAS） and quality of life questionnaire were used to evaluate the effect of the patients on admission and 3 months after discharge. At the same time,through the self-made satisfaction questionnaire,the nursing satisfaction was investigated.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in SAS score and quality of life questionnaire score. 3 months after discharge,SAS score of observation group was lower than control group,the quality of life score was higher than control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Nursing satisfaction of observation group were higher than control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Effective psychological nursing intervention can relieve the patients ’ anxiety, improve their quality of life and improve the patients’ s nursing satisfaction.
