Progress on Medical Treatment for Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease

缺血性脑血管病是神经内科常见的脑血管疾病,按照病因及发病机制可分为短暂性脑缺血发作、动脉硬化性脑梗死、脑栓塞,其具有病程发展迅速、致残率高、预后差等特点。目前,临床上无特效药物治疗缺血性脑血管病,且患者发病后多遗留后遗症,对患者生活质量产生不利影响。本文从缺血性脑血管病治疗背景、内科治疗药物及相关指南进行综述。

Ischemic cerebrovascular disease is common in department of neurology,including transient ischemic attack,atherosclerotic cerebral infarction and cerebral embolism. Disease course of ischemic cerebrovascular disease develops rapidly,with high disability rate and poor prognosis. At present, special-effects drugs were lack in clinic, most ischemic cerebrovascular disease will reserve sequelae after treatment,which badly affect the patients’ quality of life. This paper reviewed the background,related drugs and guidelines for ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
