艺术类学生中学阶段与大学期间思政教育与党性培养

Art Students' Ideological and Political Education and Party Spirit Cultivation in High School and College

思想政治教育对青少年时期成才有着关键作用,现中学阶段对青少年思想政治教育的重视度和形式只能停留在政治课堂之中。在当前素质教育的大背景下,地处西北内陆偏远之地的甘肃,多数学校受升学率等问题影响,故此一年年的掀起一股股高考"艺术热"。而在这个热潮当中折射出让人担忧和困惑的教育方式:将高考艺术化、将考生模式化、将思维固定化、将思政教育边缘化、将党性培养模糊化。这导致对刚刚步入大学的艺术类学生进行思政教育和党性培养时,需要很长的过渡时间才能让学生有所适应,为党性培养工作增加了新的难题。

The ideological and political education plays an important role in the growth of the teenagers. The importance and form of the ideological and political education in current high school only stay in the political class.Although under the background of current quality education,in the northwest inland and remote areas of Gansu most school are affected by the enrolment rate and the other problems. Therefore every year set off a boom of＂college entrance examination fever for art＂. And the boom reflects the worrying and confusing way of education：college entrance examination will become artistic,candidates will be patterned,their thinking will be fixed,ideological and political education will be marginalized and party spirit cultivation will be fuzzy. This leads to a long transition time for the art students who just enter the university to adapt to when they study the ideological and political education and party spirit cultivation,besides it increases the new problems for party spirit cultivation.
