摘要
研究利用Na^+、K^+∥Cl^-、SO_4^(2-)—H_2O四元水盐体系相图原理和纳滤特点,将提取钾芒硝后的母液分为两部分,浓液返回体系循环生产硫酸钾,淡液去盐田晒制回收氯化钾,并分离副产的氯化钠。
Research of using the theory of phase diagram of Na^+,K^+∥Cl^-,SO4^2--H2O and nanofiltration characteristic,the mother liquor was separated to two part after picking up potassium glauber. The dense liquid phase returned back to system to produce potassium sulfate in recycle,and potassium chloride was recovered form the weak liquid phase by suncuring in salt pan. At the same time,the sodium chloride was separated.
