综合干预治疗对稳定期精神分裂症病人影响的研究

Study on influence of systematic intervention nursing on stable schizophrenic patients

[目的]探讨综合干预治疗对于稳定期的精神分裂症病人生活质量和日常生活能力的影响,并探讨治疗方案影响的因素。[方法]选择某三级甲等医院精神卫生中心42例病情稳定的精神分裂症病人为研究对象,随机分为两组,A组采用综合干预治疗对病人进行长期护理,B组采用传统护理方案,用精神分裂症病人生活质量量表(SQLS)和日常生活能力量表(ADL)评定护理效果。[结果]1年后接受综合干预治疗病人比未接受综合干预治疗病人的SQLS总平均分值降低9.01分;ADL总平均分值降低2.46分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]综合干预治疗稳定期精神分裂症病人可提高病人生活质量和日常生活能力,效果优于传统护理方案。系统化、有针对性的综合干预治疗能影响和改变精神分裂症病人出院后的社会功能和生活方式。

Objective：To probe into the influence of systematic intervention nursing on the stable schizophrenic patients,and to explore the influencial factors.Methods：A total of 42 schizophrenic patients in the mental healthy centres of some hospital.Systematic intervention nursing was served to the half of the patients.The other part of the patients was given the traditional nursing.The self-report quality of life measure for people with schizophrenia and the activity of daily living scale were used to grade nursing effect.Results：The total SQLS average score of schizophrenic patients with systematic intervention nursing was 9.01 lower than schizophrenic patients without systematic intervention nursing.The total SQLS average score of the former was 2.46 lower than the latter.Conclusion：Both daily life qualities and daily live abilities of the schizophrenic patients with systematic intervention nursing（A group）were improved much more greatly than the schizophrenic patients without systematic intervention nursing（B group）.Therefore,the systematic intervention benefiting for schizophrenic patients can influence and change the social function of patients with schizophrenic after discharge and way of life.
