摘要
某核电厂海水升压泵在解体检查时发现其机械密封上的两个弹簧断裂,本文对失效弹簧的宏观形貌、微观形貌、成分、硬度、金相、现场工况进行分析。结果表明:弹簧硬度偏高,其结构存在设计问题,弹簧存在载荷偏心的情况,在偏心载荷的作用下,导致弹簧发生断裂。
Two springs in mechanical seals for pump of sea water broken on inspection in a domestic nuclear power plant.The fracture reason of spring was studied by means of metallographic analysis,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and so on.The results indicated that the hardness of the spring was stronger than the standard hardness and the structure of spring had a eccentrically load which cause fracture.
