摘要
长输埋地油气管道通常采用防腐涂层和阴极保护联合的方式进行防腐蚀保护。本文通过理论和实践证明阴极保护电流密度可以非常好的反应管道防腐层及阴极保护的工作状况。可以通过阴极保护电流密度的计算及评价,对管道防腐层质量进行分级。而对于电流密度异常的管道,还可以推算出防腐层面电阻率、阴极保护输出电流漏失量等重要信息,进而分析查找原因,解决实际问题。
Anti-corrosion coating and cathodic protection were usually combined to protect long-distance oil and gas buried pipelines.In this paper,it was proved that the cathodic protection current density could be very good response to the working conditions of the pipeline coating and cathodic protection by the theory and practice.Calculated cathodic protection current density by the formula derivation and classed the coating in different current density by the evaluation indicators.For the pipeline of abnormal current density,some important parameters such as coating resistivity of per unit area and the leakage current should also be calculated,and furthermore analyze and find the cause,solve the practical problems.
