摘要
结合上海市嘉定区中低运量骨干公交网络的规划情况,分析了在该地区发展有轨电车项目的投融资模式,探讨了有轨电车项目建设的关键技术,提出了有轨电车项目的运营管理建议,从而改善城市的交通环境。
Combining with low transportation public network planning conditions of Jiading region in Shanghai city,the paper analyzes investment and financing model of developing tramcar,explores critical techniques of building tramcar project,and puts forward operation and management suggestions of tramcar project,so as to improve the city transportation environment.
