The construction technology of self-made cylindrical steel formwork

以运城市恒大幼儿园工程为例,介绍了自制圆柱钢模板的设计方法与施工流程,并从支模准备、支设柱模、混凝土浇筑、拆模及养护等方面,阐述了自制圆柱钢模板的施工技术,指出钢模板具有操作简单、周转次数多、省时省力的优点。

Taking the Yuncheng Hengda kindergarten engineering as an example,this paper introduced the design method and construction process of self-made cylindrical steel formwork,and from the formwork preparation,bracing column mold,concrete pouring,form stripping and maintenance and other aspects,elaborated the construction technology of self-made cylindrical steel template,pointed out that the steel formwork had the advantages of simple operation,many turnover frequency,saving time and labor.
