This paper introduced the components of municipal comprehensive pipeline network,analyzed the pipeline with large construction difficult and the pipeline need to focus on of municipal comprehensive pipeline network,and from the preliminary scheme development,engineering design,construction period three stages,put forward the construction management measures of municipal comprehensive pipeline network,to ensure the normal operation of pipeline network.
