摘要
在介绍建筑工程造价控制意义与原理的基础上,从投资估算、设计图纸概算、施工图预算、建筑竣工结算四个阶段,分析了建筑项目工程造价控制的全过程控制措施,旨在实现建筑投资项目经济效益的最大化。
The paper introduces the meaning of the cost control in the architectural projects and their principles,and analyzes the whole-process control measures for the cost control in the projects from the investment estimation,calculation of the design mapping,budget of the construction maps,and the complete settlement,so as to realize the maximum of the economic benefits of the architectural investment programs.
