双通路胃肠音监测系统在肝硬化兔胃肠运动状态监测中的应用

摘要 [目的]了解不同肝硬化级别实验兔的胃肠运动状态。[方法]通过建立新西兰兔肝硬化模型,采用双通路胃肠音监测系统对32只实验兔进行胃肠音监测,分析不同肝硬化级别实验兔胃肠运动的改变情况。[结果]实验兔胃部胃肠音波平均功率(0.002 5W±0.0009W)与回肠部(0.0027W±0.0006W)比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.011);实验兔胃部与回盲部胃肠音波的时间百分比(r=0.473)、平均时间(r=0.887)、最大时间(r=0.876)及平均功率(r=0.388)存在相关;肝硬化病理级别为S3级和S4级实验兔胃部与回音部的胃肠音波时间百分比与S0级比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]不同肝硬化级别实验兔胃肠运动功能不同,肝硬化级别越高胃肠运动功能越差,双通路胃肠音监测系统可为临床医护人员监测肝硬化病人的胃肠运动功能提供参考。 Objective:The gastrointestinal sound monitoring system was used to collect and analyze the gastrointestinal sound of experimental rabbits with different levels of liver cirrhosis,so as to understand the gastrointestinal motility of experimental animals with different levels of liver cirrhosis.Methods:Through the establishment of a New Zealand rabbit liver cirrhosis model,the gastrointestinal sound monitoring was carried out in 32 rabbits by using a two channel gastrointestinal sound monitoring system.The changes of gastrointestinal motility in rabbits with different levels of liver cirrhosis were analyzed.Results:There was a statistically significant difference in the average power(0.0025 W±0.0009 W)and the ileum(0.002 7 W±0.000 6 W)in the experimental rabbits(P=0.011).The stomach of rabbits and ileocecus GIS wave percentage of time(r=0.473),average time(r=0.887),maximum time(r=0.876)and average power(r=0.388)were correlative.Compared with liver cirrhosis pathological grade S3 stomach and ileocecal percentage of gastrointestinal sonic time and S0 level,S4level and S0 level,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Different level of experimental rabbit liver cirrhosis gastrointestinal function was different,the higher the level of liver cirrhosis was the worse gastrointestinal function.Gastrointestinal dual channel sound monitoring system could provide a reference for clinical staff to monitor gastrointestinal motility in patients with liver cirrhosis.
