工科大学生工程实践能力培养体会

On the training of engineering practice ability of engineering students

目前的教育体制培养下的大学生,普遍存在理论脱离实际,创新创业能力不足的问题。这样的培养体制不符合"中国智能制造2025"的发展战略,也不利于培养精益求精的大国工匠精神。针对大学生工程实践能力培养,从教学一线的角度,从社会、学校、教师、课程体系等方面提出了一些建议。设计一些适合大学生参与制作,评判结果客观公正的竞赛项目,能有利地提高学生的动手能力和理论联系实际的能力。通过这样的参与,更好地理解所学的理论知识,并且将理论灵活地运用到实际工作中。

Under the current education system, in which college students generally cannot put theory into practice,and lack the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship, itrs difficult to implement the “China intelli-gent manufacturing 2025” development strategy,or to cultivate craftsmanship in students. In view of the cul-tivation of college students^ engineering practice ability, this paper put forward some suggestions from the perspective of teaching,social needs,school authority,teacher and curriculum system. By participating in many competitions designed for them with objective and fair evaluation, college students can better under-stand theoretical knowledge,apply theory to practice and improve their practical ability.
