创新驱动是新时期我国重大发展战略,研究生教育是实施国家创新战略的重要组成部分。长期以来我国的人才培养模式忽视了学生的科学思维和创新能力的培养。要充分发挥研究生教育在创新人才培养中的作用,需要从以下几个方面作出改进:改革优化课程体系与培养机制,营造活跃的创新氛围,加强高水平导师队伍建设,搭建研究生科技创新平台。以上措施对提高我国研究生创新能力,实施创新驱动的战略决策具有重要意义。

Development with the drive of innovation is a major strategy for China^s new period, and post-graduate cultivation plays a very important part in the implementation of the national innovation strategy. For a long time, the training mode of talents in China ignored studentsr cultivation of scientific thinking and in-novation ability. The cultivation of postgraduates^ innovation ability calls for many improvements in the edu-cation , including the reform and optimization of curriculum system and training system, a lively atmosphere of innovation, the high level tutor team, and the science and technology innovation platform for graduate students. These measures are significant in the implementation of innovation-driven strategy and improve-ment of the graduate students^ innovation ability in China.
