“基础平台+工作室”创新设计人才培养模式研究

Study on the designer training model of “Basic Platform + Design Studio”

在现有的招生规则下,为应对新时代对设计人才培养规格的多元需求变化,解决设计创新人才市场"企业用人难,毕业生就业难"的困境,在设计类专业人才培养方案中,引入"基础平台+工作室"这一新型培养模式。以设计表达、设计创新、设计实践、团队合作、信息分析5个核心能力为导向,通过两级基础平台加多元化工作室的进阶培养,夯实学生的专业基础,不断提高学生的设计实战能力,增强毕业生的差别竞争力。同时,在两级基础平台和工作室教学三阶段,学生可利用两次选择机会,逐步调整自己的学习方向,从而将个人兴趣爱好和职业规划进一步结合起来,增强自主学习积极性,提高教学效率。

The paper deals with a new training model of “ basic platform ＋ studio”, in which five core com-petencies , including presentation, innovation, design practice, teamwork, and information analysis, constitute the training orientation. At the different stages of the two basic platforms and studio teaching, students are given two times to adjust their direction according to their personal interests and career plans. The result shows that the model made students display self - learning initiative with teaching efficiency.
