Study on college students' curriculum and professional relevance

大学毕业生是当今社会劳动力市场的重要组成部分,是国家建设与未来发展的中坚力量。然而,近几年来,大学毕业生就业难问题越来越突出。尤其是就业与所学专业的不相关现象日益严重。通过对X大学的部分毕业生进行调查,了解当前大学毕业生就业与专业相关性现状,并对大学毕业生就业与专业不相关的原因进行了探究,最后对如何增强大学毕业生就业与专业相关性提出了可行性建议。

College graduates constitute not only an important part in today＇s labour market, but also the backbone for the construction and the future of our nation. However, in recent years, the unemployment of college graduates becomes more and more prominent due to the problem that the curriculum offered in their college time is unrelated to the working position they will take. Through investigating the graduates from X university, this paper helps us understand the status of their employment and correlation between curriculum and profession and analyzes the causes of the irrelevance. Finally, we put forward the feasible suggestions to solve the problem.
