后工业时代美国博士生培养的启示

摘要 随着后工业时代的来临,当今世界正发生着全面、深刻的变革。这种巨大的变革导致了社会人才需求的根本转变,并对博士生教育带来了严峻的挑战。文章以率先进入后工业时代的美国为例,探讨其博士生教育在此期间受到的冲击。通过分析美国教育界的应对措施,给出个人、社会、国家三个层面的启示,以期满足新时代对博士生培养的新需求。
