圆锥过盈联接几何参数对其接触面微动损伤的影响 被引量:1

摘要 针对圆锥过盈联接接触面的微动损伤,重点讨论其轴套配合的几何参数与微动损伤的关系,运用平面应力应变求解法和数值模拟法,建立圆锥过盈联接的力学和有限元模型,分析不同套管槽数、配合长度、锥度和套管壁厚对轴和套管结合面的应力分布及接触状态的影响,研究接触应力和摩擦切应力随几何参数的变化规律,并进一步揭示该类联接的微动损伤机理。结果表明,圆锥过盈联接的接触面应力分布不均匀;随着套管槽数和锥度的增加,接触应力及摩擦切应力增大,接触面的滑移区减小;随着配合长度和套管壁厚的增大,接触应力和摩擦切应力减小,接触面滑移区增大。 Aimed at the frettin g damage of tapered interference connection on the contact surface, the paper focuses on the relationship between the axle sleeve match's geometric parameters and frettin gdamage,and esta blishes mechanical and finite element models of taper ed tnterfer ence connection by using the plane stress strain met hod and numerical simulation met hod. It analyzes the influence of sleeve slot number ,match length,conical degree and sleev et hickness on stres s distribution and con-tac t stat us of axle and sleev e's j unction surfac e, s t udies t he variation of contac t str es s and f riction s he ar str es s with geometrical par ameters, and furt her reveals the fretting damage mkind of connection. The results show that the distribution of contact stress of the tapere d interference connection is uneven,contactstress and friction shear stress increase with the increase of sleeve slot number and conical degree while the corr esponding slip zone decre ases. On the stress and friction shea rstress decrease with increasing match length and sleeve thickness, and the corres ponding slip zone increases instead.
