An Analysis on the Role of "G77 + China" in South-South Cooperation

当前,南北关系问题是困扰世界的现实问题,加之难民危机突显以及恐怖组织猖獗,而解决它的关键又在于提高"短板"——发展中国家水平,即发挥自身优势与其他相关国际资源力量的合力来解决。而"G77+中国"就是一支很重要的发展中国家的国际力量,南南合作更是一个很好的合作框架,各国应当发挥好、利用好。从当前国际背景出发,分析总结G77与中国、两者与南南合作的关系,以及南南合作所面临的问题与挑战和对策建议。

At present,the North-South relationship is a real problem plaguing the world,combining with the prominent refugee crisis and rampant terrorist organizations.The key to its solution lies in improving the 'short board'--(less developed)developing countries,playing their own role and using other relevant international resources to solve.The ' G77+ China' is a very important international resource in developing countries,and South-South cooperation is also the very good framework for cooperation,every country should make good use of it.Based on the current international background,this paper analyzes the relationship between G77 and China,the South-South cooperation and the problems and challenges faced by South-South cooperation and the countermeasures.
