摘要
以2年生盆栽银杏苗为研究材料,通过人工紫外、干旱及不同浓度的矮壮素、赤霉酸对银杏叶片进行处理,探索外部胁迫对银杏叶片中萜内酯含量的影响。结果表明,经紫外、干旱及不同浓度的矮壮素、赤霉酸处理,银杏叶片中白果内酯,银杏内酯A、B、C和总萜内酯含量显著高于对照。随着紫外处理时间的增加,萜内酯含量先增加后减少并趋于平稳;在干旱和赤霉酸处理条件下,萜内酯含量呈"先增加后减少"趋势;在矮壮素处理条件下,萜内酯含量持续增加。多重胁迫共同对银杏叶片萜内酯含量的影响有待进一步研究。
The effect of external stresses on terpene lactones contents of Ginkgo biloba grown in different conditions of artificial ultraviolet, droughts, chlormequat, gillerellic acid were investigated. The results showed the contents of bilobalide BB ,ginkgolide GC,GA,GB and total terpene lactones in different growing conditions of artificial ultravio-let, droughts, chlormequat, gillerellic acid were significantly increased compared with the control group. Theterpene lactones contents were increased first and then declined,at last changed to level off under artificial ultraviolet stress; the terpene lactones contents were increased first and then declined under droughts or gillerellic acid stress ; the ter-pene lactones contents continued to increase under chlormequat stress. The effect of multiple stress on the terpene lactones contents of Ginkgo biloba is expected for further research.
