整体刚性自防水砂浆抗冻融性能研究

摘要 随着我国的土木建筑业的不断发展,水泥砂浆起着举足轻重的作用。通过在普通水泥砂浆中加入不同掺量的有机硅来研究其对水泥砂浆的抗冻融性能的影响。研究表明内掺不同掺量有机硅聚合物水泥砂浆(SPM,Silicone Polymer Mortar)与普通水泥砂浆(M,Cement Mortar)在冻融条件下相比,内掺不同掺量有机硅聚合物水泥砂浆的质量损失率减少,强度损失率增大外观剥落情况良好。当发生冻融破坏时,有机硅与水发生反应,产生化学"偶联桥键"作用,使得界面作用增强,导致质量损失率降低。 With the continuous development of chinas civil construction industry, cement mortar has an important role. This study affected by adding different parameters organic silicon into ordinary cement mortar is to explore the basic properties of cement mortar. The results indicate that compared with different parameters organic silicon ( SPM silicone, polymer Mortar) with the ordinary cement mortar (M, cement, Mortar) under freezing condition, the mass loss rate of organic silicon cement mortar decreases and the strength loss rate increases. Moreover, its appearance becomes fine. The results show that when subjected to freeze-thawing cycles, organic silicon reacts with water, which cause in chemical coupling effect. Meanwhile, the interface effect enhances, and it,s the mass loss rate de-creases.
