摘要
自由曲面反射镜拥有能够校正高能固体激光系统的波前畸变的能力。使用自由曲面反射镜进行波前校正,对镜子加工设计的精度有很高的要求。基于波前的相位互补原理,设计了自由曲面反射镜。并通过BP神经网络算法进行曲面重构,拟合出满足数控加工要求较高精度的自由曲面方程。
Free-form surface reflector has the ability to correct the wave-front distortion of high power soild-state laser systems.Using free-form surface reflector for wave-front correction has high requirement for the accuracy of processing and design.Based on the complementary principle of wave-front,a free-form surface reflector was designed.The sur-face was reconstructed by BP neural network algorithm,and the free-form surface equation with high accuracy was fit-ted which meets the requirement of numerical control machining.
