超声检查中应用临床护理路径对护理质量及受检者满意度的影响

Influence of application of clinical nursing pathway in ultrasonography on nursing quality and receivers' satisfaction

[目的]观察超声检查中应用临床护理路径对护理质量及受检者满意度的影响。[方法]随机抽取2015年6月—2015年12月常规护理流程的超声受检者120例作为对照组,以年龄、性别、受教育程度配对,抽取2016年1月—2016年6月临床护理路径实施后超声受检者120例作为观察组,评价护理效果和受检者满意度。[结果]观察组检查用时、等待用时和总用时均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组一次检查成功率为100.0%,对照组为91.7%(P<0.05)。观察组受检者对检查事项告知、护理服务、时效性三方面的满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),两组受检者操作技术评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]临床护理路径可提高超声检查护理质量和受检者配合度,同时缩短检查和等待时间,对提高受检者的满意度具有显著的作用。

Objective To observe the influence of application of clinical nursing pathway in ultrasonography on nursing quality and p a t ie n tsSa t if action. Methods： A total of 1 20 ultrasonic receivers who received the routine nursing process from June 2015 to December 2015 were randomly selected as the control group. Pairing withthe age？gender and education level 120 ultrasonic receivers who received the clinical nursing pathway from Jan-uary 2016 to June 2016 were selected as the observation group, and evaluated the nursinsatisfaction. Results： The examination t ime,wait ing time and total time in observation group were shorter than those in control group （P 〈0. 05 ） ; th e success rate of primary examination in observation group was 100%, while that in control group was 91. 67 % （P 〈0.05）. The receivers＇ inspection in fo rm , nursing services and chronergy in observation group were higher than those in control group （P〈0.05）. There was no statisticallysignificant difference in operation technique score between the two groups （P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Clinical nurs-ing pathway can improve the quality of nursing and the degree of receivers^ cooperatexamination and waiting, it had a significant effect for improving the receivers, satisfaction.
