优质护理服务模式结合临床路径在老年股骨颈骨折病人中的应用效果

Application effect of high quality nursing service model combined with clinical pathway for elderly patients with femoral neck fracture

[目的]探讨优质护理服务模式结合临床路径在老年股骨颈骨折病人中的治疗效果。[方法]将200例股骨颈骨折病人分为实验组和对照组各100例,对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用优质护理结合临床路径。[结果]实验组病人的心理状况、健康教育效果和关节功能恢复情况均明显优于对照组,并发症情况明显少于对照组,住院日也较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。[结论]优质护理服务模式结合临床路径能够有效促进老年股骨颈骨折病人康复。

Objective： To probe into the treatment effect of high quality nursing service model combined with clinical pathway for elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods： A total of 200 elfemoral neck fracture were divided into experimental group and control group ,100 cases in each. The patients in control group received the routine nursing , while the patients in experimental group received the high quality nursing service model combined with clinical pathway. Results ： The patient／s mental status, health education effect and joint function recovery in experimental group were significantly better than those in control group,and the complications in experimental group were significantly less than those in control group, and their ave-age length of hospitalization was significantly shorter than th at in control group （P〈0.05） Conclusioin： High quality nursing service model combined with clinical pathway can effectively promote the rehabilitation of eldely patients with femoral neck f racture.
