儿科门诊抗菌药物使用调查分析

Investigation of Use of Antibacterials in the Pediatric Clinic

目的对该院儿科门诊抗菌药物使用情况进行调查和分析。方法随机抽取该院儿科门诊部于2015年4月—2016年4月间的处方3 500张,对其抗菌药物的使用情况进行回顾性分析和调查。结果 3 500张处方中,2 850张含有抗菌药物,所占比例为81.43%;头孢菌素类及青霉素类抗菌药物使用比例分别为43.40%、33.01%;静脉滴注给药比例为41.58%,口服与注射联合给药比例为35.10%;联合用药中二联用药比例最高,达到了65.16%。结论该院儿科门诊抗菌药物使用率偏高,以头孢菌素类和青霉素类为主,同时静脉滴注给药的比例过高,单联用药比例较低,不合理用药的情况较为明显,应该引起高度的重视。

Objective To investigate the use of antibacterials in the pediatric clinic.Methods 3 500 pieces of prescriptions in the outpatient department in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were randomly extracted and the use of antibacterials was retrospectively analyzed and surveyed.Results In the 3 500 pieces of prescription,there were 2 850 pieces of prescriptions including the antibacterials,accounting for 81.43%,and the use ratio of cynnematin and penicillin antibacterials was respectively 43.40% and 33.01%,and the intravenous drip administration ratio was 41.58%,and combined oral administration and injection was 35.10%,and the two-drugs medication ratio was the highest,reaching 65.16%.Conclusion The use rate of antibacterials in the pediatric clinic in our hospital is higher,and the cephalosporins and penicillins are the main,and we should attach great importance to the overhigh ratio of intravenous drip administration,lower ratio of singledrug and irrational medication.
