探讨PDCA循环在基层医院检验危急值中的管理

Study on Management of PDCA Circulation in the Critical Value in the Primary Hospital

目的分析PDCA循环在基层医院检验危急值中的管理方法和成效。方法该院从2015年1—12月在医院检验危急值管理中应用PDCA循环,随机抽取100例患者作为研究组,了解检验结果的回报时间、医疗干预开始时间、危重症患者抢救成功率,并将相关结果与2014年的100例患者(对照组)进行对比。结果 2015年实施PDCA循环之后,研究组100例患者的检验结果回报时间、医疗干预开始时间均短于实施之前,危重患者的抢救成功率也更高,对比两组结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环在基层医院检验危急值中的应用能够显著改善医疗干预开始时间等指标,确保危急值患者能够得到及时的救治,确保医疗质量和安全。

Objective To analyze the management method and efficacy of PDCA circulation in the critical value in the primary hospital.Methods The PDCA circulation was applied in the critical value management in the hospital from January2015 to December 2015,100 cases of patients were randomly selected as the research objects and the report time,medical intervention start time,rescue success rate of critically ill patients were known,and the related results was compared with those in the control group in 2014.Results After the implementation of PDCA circulation in 2015,the test results report time and medical intervention start in the research group were shorter than those before implementation,and the rescue success rate of critically ill patients was higher,and the differences between groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of PDCA circulation in the critical value in the primary hospital can obviously improve the medical intervention start time and ensure the timely emergency of patients in critical value and medical quality and safety.
