The department of obstetrics is a high-risk department in the hospital,concerning the life security of mothers and infants,therefore,the requirement for business quality,nursing behavior,sense of responsibility and service attitude of nursing staff in the department of obstetrics is higher,with the rapid development of economy in our country,the reform of medical system and issue and implementation of medical accident treatment regulations,the legal awareness and self-protection notion of patients generally increases,and people have a higher requirement for the medical nursing quality and nursing safety,in recent years,the nursing disputes increase year by year,especially the nursing disputes in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics,and the paper is to analyze the common causes and prevention measures of nursing risks in the department of obstetrics.
