关于消毒供应室实施零缺陷管理的研究

Research on Implementation of Zero Defect Management in the Disinfection Supply Room

目的评估零缺陷管理在消毒供应室中的应用效果。方法选取该院2014年10月—2016年10月消毒供应室工作人员29名作为研究对象,且该院2015年10月—2016年10月消毒供应室实施零缺陷管理;2014年10月—2015年10月该院消毒供应室实施常规管理。同时观察、比对2个时间段工作人员的工作缺陷。结果 2015年10月—2016年10月该院毒供应室的工作缺陷发生次数明显低于2014年10月—2015年10月的发生次数(P<0.05)。结论医院消毒供应室进行管理时,建议实施零缺陷管理,能够大大降低工作人员发生工作缺陷的次数,确保消毒供应室为患者提供安全、舒适的环境。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of zero defect management in the disinfection supply room.Methods 29 cases of working staff in the disinfection supply room in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 were selected as the research objects,the zero defect management was implemented in our hospital from October 2015 to October2016,while the routine management was implemented in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015,and the working defect of the working staff at the two time phases was compared.Results The frequency of working defect in the disinfection supply room in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 was obviously lower than that from October 2014 to October2015（P〈0.05）.Conclusion It is suggested to implement the zero defect management when we carry out management of hospital disinfection supply room,which can greatly reduce the frequency of work defect of staff and ensure the disinfection supply room to provide a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
