手术室腔镜器械安全管理分析

Analysis of Safety Management of Laparoscopic Apparatus in the Operating Room

目的对手术室腔镜器械应用安全管理效果进行分析与探讨。方法手术室腔镜器械的管理水平直接影响到手术效果,在管理手术室腔镜器械时,可能会遇到交接不清、器械损坏、清洗不到位等多种问题。依据不同管理方法进行分组,对照组为常规管理法,实验组为安全管理法,观察管理效果。结果实验组的手术室腔镜器械管理水平、医生满意度均显著优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室腔镜器械采用安全管理方法能够显著提升手术室管理水平与手术医生的满意度,值得推广。

Objective To analyze and discuss the safety management of laparoscopic apparatus in the operating room.Methods The management level of laparoscopic apparatus in the operating room can directly affect the operation effect,when managing the laparoscopic apparatus in the operating room,we may meet many issues including the unclear connection,apparatus injury and inadequate clean,and the patients were divided into two groups according to different management methods,the control group adopted the routine management method,while the experimental group adopted the safety management method,and the management effect was observed.Results The laparoscopic apparatus management level in the operating room and satisfactory degree of doctors in the experimental group were obviously better than those in the control group,and the differences between groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The safety management method of laparoscopic apparatus in the operating room can obviously improve the management level in the operating room and satisfactory degree of operative doctors,which is worth promotion.
