妇产科医生避免治疗用药错误的方法与效果观察

Observation on Method and Effect of Doctors in the Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics Avoiding the Treatment Medication Mistakes

目的探讨分析妇产科医生避免治疗用药错误的方法及效果。方法对2014年6月—2015年6月收治的1 000例患者资料进行分析,对两个不同时间段用药错误事件的发生率进行比较。结果实施规范化管理模式后,共出现5名妇产科医生治疗用药错误事件,占比0.5%;实施规范化管理模式前,共出现86名妇产科医生治疗用药错误事件,占比8.6%,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施规范化管理模式能够有效降低用药错误的发生率,避免和防范纠纷和事故的发生。

Objective To discuss and analyze the method and effect of doctors in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics avoiding the treatment medication mistakes.Methods 1 000 cases of patients admitted and treated from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected for analysis,and the incidence rate of medication mistake events at two different time phases was compared.Results After the implementation of standardized management model,the treatment medication mistake events occurred to 5 cases in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics,accounting for 0.5%,before the implementation,the treatment medication mistake events occurred to 86 cases,accounting for 8.6%,and the differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of standardized management model can effectively reduce the incidence rate of medication mistakes and avoid and prevent the occurrence of disputes and accidents.
