摘要
目的应用模糊综合评判法对某二级医院绩效进行评价,讨论此方法在医院绩效评价中的应用价值。方法问卷调查,层次分析法,模糊综合评判法。结果准则层中,医疗质量权重最大,为0.386 0;指标层中,平均住院日权重最大,为0.109 4。该院的绩效评价为"较好",综合分值为6.612 4,绩效水平为"良"。结论应用模糊综合评判法能客观反映医院的绩效水平,使医院管理者了解一定时期内医院的内部绩效、管理效果、运行状况,为医院的发展和战略部署提供方向和科学依据。
Objective To discuss the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the performance evaluation in the second-level hospital.Methods The questionnaire,level analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were used.Results In the criteria Layer,the medical quality ratio was the biggest,reaching 0.386 0; in the Index Sign layer,the average length of stay was the biggest,reaching 0.109 4,and the performance evaluation in the hospital was better and the overall value was 6.612 4,and the performance level was good.Conclusion The application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can objectively reflect the hospital performance level,make the hospital managers know inner performance,management effect and operation condition of the hospital during a certain period thus providing direction and scientific basis for the development and strategic deployment of the hospital.
