肿瘤相关抗原CA242在一般人群中应用价值研究

Research on Application Value of Tumor Associated Antigen CA242 in the General Population

目的探讨肿瘤相关抗原CA242在一般人群中的应用价值,为疾病的早期诊治和预防提供科学依据。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验对1 364名检测者的血清进行肿瘤相关抗原CA242检测及统计分析。结果 1 364名检测者中,结果高于参考范围的有20名,阳性率1.47%。按照年龄段分组分析无明显差别;按性别分组统计分析,女性明显高于男性,差异有统计学意义(0.01<P<0.05)。结论在一般人群中进行肿瘤相关抗原CA242指标检测筛查,能及早发现消化道肿瘤危险人群,对这部分人群应进一步检查或定期复检,以达到对消化道肿瘤患者早发现,早治疗的目的,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To discuss the application value of tumor associated antigen CA242 in the general population and provide scientific basis for the early diagnosis and treatment and prevention of diseases.Methods The serum of 1 364 cases of examiners was given the tumor associated antigen CA242 test and statistical analysis by the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Results In the 1 364 cases of examiners,there were 20 cases whose result was higher than the reference range,and the positive rate was 1.47%,and the there was no obvious difference according to the age group analysis,but according to the gender group statistical analysis,the female was obviously higher than the male,and the difference had statistical significance（0.01〈P〈0.05）.Conclusion The tumor associated antigen CA242 index screening in the general population can discover the risk group with gastrointestinal tumors as early as possible,and we should carry out the further examination and regular re-examination for the group in order to discover the patients with gastrointestinal tumors as early as possible and improve the quality of life of patients.
