DHS和PFNA内固定对于股骨粗隆间骨折患者术后Harris评分的影响

Effect of DHS and PFNA Internal Fixation on the Postoperative Harris Score of Patients with Inter-trochanter Fracture of Femur

目的探究DHS和PFNA内固定对于股骨粗隆间骨折患者术后Harris评分的影响。方法整群选取该院2014年9月—2016年9月期间接收的股骨粗隆间骨折患者74例作为此次研究的对象,按照不同的治疗方法的随机分为两组,对照组采用DHS内固定治疗,研究组采用PFNA内固定治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗,患者的术后Harris评分为(94.6±3.27)分,明显高于对照组的(81.3±3.46)分;且患者的各项临床指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在股骨粗隆间骨折中采用PFNA内固定治疗,能够取得良好的疗效,利于患者术后各项功能指标的恢复,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of DHS and PFNA internal fixation on the postoperative Harris score of patients with inter-trochanter fracture of femur. Methods 74 cases of patients with inter-trochanter fracture of femur admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were group selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, the control group adopted the DHS internal fixation treatment, while the research group adopted the PFNA internal fixation treatment, and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative Harris score in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group [（94.6±3.27）points vs（81.3±3.46）points], and various clinical indexes were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The PFNA internal fixation treatment for inter-trochanter fracture of femur can obtain a good curative effect, which is conducive to recovery of various function indexes after operation, which is worth clinical promotion and application.
