综合康复治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折

Analysis of Comprehensive Rehabilitation in Treatment of Thoracolumbar Vertebral Compression Fractures

目的分析胸腰椎压缩性骨折实施综合康复治疗的效果。方法随机选择该院2014年1月—2016年6月期间收治的62例胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者,随机将其分为两组,对照组(常规治疗)、试验组(综合康复治疗)各31例。观察临床疗效和并发症情况,比较治疗前后各项功能的评分变化。结果试验组治疗有效率为100.0%,高于对照组的87.1%;并发症发生率为6.5%,低于对照组的25.8%;患者治疗后的VAS评分、JOA评分均优于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合康复治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折疗效确切,能够减轻疼痛程度、改善腰椎功能,减少并发症的发生,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation in treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures. Methods 62 cases of patients with thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 were random selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 31 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine treatment, while the test group adopted the comprehensive rehabilitation treatment, and the clinical curative effect and complications were observed, and the score changes of various functions before treatment were compared. Results The treatment effective rate in the test group was higher than that in the control group（100.0% vs 87.1%）, and the incidence rate of complications was lower than that in the control group（6.5%vs 25.8%）, and the VAS score and JOA score after treatment were better than those in the control group, and the differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of comprehensive rehabilitation in treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures is definite, which can relieve the pains degree, improve the lumbar function and reduce the occurrence of complications, which is worth clinical promotion.
