综合治疗配合义齿固定修复保存牙周病松动牙78例分析

Analysis of Comprehensive Treatment and False Tooth Fixed Prosthesis in Preserving the 78 Cases with Periodontosis Loose Teeth

目的探讨对牙周病松动牙患者选择综合治疗+固定义齿修复的方法完成治疗后获得的临床效果。方法方便选择该院2014年8月—2016年9月收治的牙周病松动牙患者78例作为实验研究对象;所有牙周病松动牙患者采取抽签的形式展开分组研究;观察组:选择综合治疗+固定义齿修复;对照组:牙周病综合治疗;对比牙周病松动牙治疗总有效率以及治疗有效时间的差异。结果观察组牙周病松动牙患者治疗总有效率(100.00%)明显高于对照组(66.67%)(P<0.05)。观察组牙周病松动牙患者治疗有效时间明显优于对照组牙周病松动牙患者(P<0.05)。结论对于牙周病松动牙患者的基本表现加以观察后,合理选择牙周病综合治疗+固定义齿修复的方法进行治疗,可以将患者松动牙恢复时间显著减少,将牙周病松动牙患者临床疗效显著提高,凸显综合治疗+固定义齿修复联合治疗牙周病松动牙疾病的临床价值。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of comprehensive treatment and false tooth fixed prosthesis in treatment of patients with loose teeth with periodontosis. Methods 78 cases of patients with periodontosis loose teeth admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2014 to September 2016 were convenient selected as the research objects and all patients with periodontosis loose teeth were divided into two groups, the observation group adopted the comprehensive treatment and fixed denture restoration, while the control group adopted the comprehensive treatment of periodontosis, and the differences in the total effective rate and treatment effective rate between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of patients with periodontosis loose teeth in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（100.00% vs 66.67%）,（P〈0.05）, and the treatment effective time in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion After the observation of the basic performance of patients with periodontosis loose teeth, the rational choice of periodontosis comprehensive treatment and fixed prosthesis restoration can obviously reduce the loose teeth restoration time, obviously improve the clinical curative effect of patients with periodontosis loose teeth and highlight the clinical value of comprehensive treatment and false tooth fixed prosthesis in treatment of patients with loose teeth with periodontosis.
