院外延续护理对精神分裂症患者康复和生活质量的影响分析

Analysis of Effect of Continued Nursing Care after Discharge on the Recovery and Quality of Life of Patients with Schizophrenia

目的研究院外延续护理对精神分裂症患者康复和生活质量的影响。方法方便选取该院2014年1月—2015年8月精神分裂症患者82例进行分组研究。常规组(41例)单纯进行出院前指导,延续组(41例)在常规组基础上给予院外延续护理。比较两组患者护理满意度;出院后各项遵医行为评分;出院时和1年后患者社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评分、阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、生活质量(SF-36)评分的差异。结果延续组跟常规组比较,护理满意度更高,常规组为73.17%,延续组为90.25%(P<0.05);延续组相较于常规组出院后各项遵医行为评分更高,常规组用药、合理饮食、定期复查、生活规律评分分别为(7.39±2.77)分、(7.39±1.57)分、(6.61±1.59)分、(7.39±1.57)分,延续组分别为(9.51±1.41)分、(9.51±1.61)分、(8.62±1.21)分、(9.51±1.61)分(P<0.05);出院时两组SDSS评分、PANSS评分、SF-36评分相似(P>0.05);1年后延续组相较于常规组SDSS评分、PANSS评分、SF-36评分改善更显著(P<0.05)。结论院外延续护理对精神分裂症患者康复和生活质量的影响大,可有效改善患者阳性和阴性症状,减少社会功能缺陷,提升生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To research the effect of continued nursing care after discharge on the recovery and quality of life of patients with schizophrenia. Methods 82 cases of patients with schizophrenia admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to August 2015 were convenient selected and divided into two groups with 41 cases in each, the routine group adopted the guidance before discharge, while the continued group adopted the continued nursing care after discharge on the basis of the routine group, and the nursing satisfactory degree and various compliance behavior scores, SDSS at discharge and 1 year after discharge, PANSS score and SF-36 score were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfactory degree in the continued group was higher than that in the routine group,（90.25% vs 73.17%）,（P 0.05）, and the various compliance behavior scores in the continued group were higher than those in the routine group, and the medication score, rational dieting, regular re-examination score and life rule score in the routine group were respectively（7.39±2.77）marks,（7.39 ±1.57）marks,（6.61 ±1.59）marks,（7.39 ±1.57）marks, and（9.51 ±1.41）marks,（9.51 ±1.61）marks,（8.62 ±1.21）marks,（9.51±1.61）marks in the continued group, and the SDSS score, PANSS score and SF-36 score were similar in the two groups（P〉0.05）, and the improvement of SDSS score, PANSS score and SF-36 score in the continued group after 1 year were more obvious than that in the routine group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of continued nursing care after discharge on the recovery and quality of life of patients with schizophrenia is big, which can effectively improve the positive and negative symptoms of patients, reduce the social function shortcomings and improve the quality of life, which is worth promotion.
