超声造影在胃癌诊断中的应用价值

Application Value of Ultrasonic Contrast in the Diagnosis of Gastric Cancer

目的探讨超声造影在胃癌诊断中的应用价值。方法将自2015年10月—2016年8月间在该院进行治疗的35例疑视胃癌患者为研究对象,对35例患者采用超声造影进行胃检查,并对检查结果进行统计分析。结果 35例患者经过检查有20例诊断为胃癌(胃底门贲癌1例,胃体癌13例,胃窦癌6例,其中属于早期胃癌的有4例,中期有16例;病理检查后有20例胃癌患者得到确诊,其中属于早期的有3例,中期17例。诊断结果与病理检查结果完全一致,有效率达100%;诊断中的准确率达90%。结论对胃癌患者采用超声造影诊断方法诊断效果显著,准确率较高,可以作为胃癌检查的一种重要手段,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the application value of ultrasonic contrast in the diagnosis of gastric cancer. Methods 35 cases of patients suspected with gastric cancer treated in our hospital from October 2015 to August 2016 were selected as the research objects and the stomachs of them were examined by the ultrasonic contrast, and the examination results were analyzed. Results In the 35 cases of patients, there were 20 cases diagnosed with gastric cancer, including 1 case with fundic cancer, 13 cases with stomach body cancer and 6 cases with gastric antral cancer, and 4 cases with gastric cancer in the early stage and 16 cases with gastric cancer in the medium stage, and after the pathological examination, 20 cases of patients with gastric cancer were confirmed including 3 cases in the early stage and 17 cases in the medium stage, and the diagnosis results were totally consistent with the pathological examination results, and the effective rate was 100% and the diagnosis accuracy rate reached 90%. Conclusion The effect of ultrasonic contrast diagnosis of patients with gastric cancer is obvious, and the accuracy rate is high, which can be used as an important means of gastric cancer examination, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
