摘要
人才是经济社会发展的第一资源。高等学校哲学社会科学人才状况直接关系到我国哲学社会科学繁荣发展,当前我国高校社科人才人数、项目数均呈快速增长态势,人才资助体系和资助范围日趋完善,但是仍然存在资源效率需进一步提升等问题。本文针对我国高校哲学社会科学人才资源配置中存在的问题,提出建设教师发展中心、组建科研团队和平台等相关建议,为哲学社会科学工作者提供更加广阔的历史舞台。
Talent is the first resource for economic and social development. University talent status in philosophy and social sci-ences is directly related to China, s prosperity and development of in this respect. Currently, both the talent size and their re-search programs display a quick increase trend with a gradual perfection in talent assistance system and scope of research funding. However, there are still a series of problems such as resource efficiency demanding improvement. In view of these problems in talent resource distribution in Chinese university philosophy and social sciences, this article puts fomard to some suggestions, namely, to construct staff development centers, scientific research teams and platforms. It is hoped to provide a broader historical stage for university teachers in philosophy and social sciences.
