摘要
分析改善动刚度的意义,结合泛函分析、振动力学原理,解析模态振型影响车身动刚度值的机理。通过对某款客车的动刚度数值进行模态贡献分析,找到问题原因,并有针对性地改进结构,改善了客车的动刚度和隔振性能。
The author analyzes the significance of improving the dynamic stiffness, combing with functional analysis and vibration mechanics principle, he parses the mechanism that modal vibration mode affects the dynamic stiffness of the coach body. Through the analysis of the modal contribution of the dynamic stiffness on a coach, he finds out the problems reason, and targetedly improves the structure, so the coach body dynamic stiffness and the vibration isolation performance are improved.
