摘要
从设计和工艺两方面探讨客车两侧张拉蒙皮变形的影响因素及产生机理,并提出车间实践的预防和改善措施,有具体的量化指标,供同行改进张拉蒙皮质量参考。
The authors explore the factors affecting the tensioning skins deformation of the coach’s two sides and it’s generation mechanism from the two aspects of design and process, and put forward the prevention and improvement measures in workshop practice, including the specific quantitative indicators. This can provide reference of the quality improvement of the tensioning skin for the colleagues.
