摘要 针对温度仪表温井强度计算工况复杂、影响因素多的特点,研究了温井强度计算方法,提出了频率比、稳态应力、动态应力和压应力的计算方法。该方法可以快速、准确、直观地了解温度仪表温井在流体作用下的振动情况,并判断振动是否满足强度要求。针对温度仪表未通过温井强度计算的情况,提出了相应的解决方案。该方案既保证了通过温井强度计算,又最大限度地保证了测量精度。实测结果验证了该方法的正确性和可行性,对于简化设计流程和确保海洋平台正常安全生产具有重要意义。 According to the characteristics of the thermowell wake frequency calculation,complex working conditions and so much affecting factors,the thermowell wake frequency calculation method is studied and the frequency ratio,the static stress,dynamic stress and pressure stress are put forward. The methods can help know the vibration status and judge if the thermowell wake frequency calculation result can meet the requirements quickly,exactly and illustratively. In view of situation that the thermowell doesn't pass the wake frequency strength calculation,the proposed solution not only can help pass the calculation but also can ensure the accuracy. The experimental result proves that the correctness and feasibility of the methods,and it is very important for simplifying design process and the platform safety production.
