摘要
档案馆是我国科学文化事业机构的重要组成部分,但是相比图书馆、博物馆,档案馆在文化创意产品开发中始终处于被动落后的位置,得到的政策支持也有所差距。然而,随着文化创意产业的蓬勃发展,文化创意产品开发也应当成为提升档案馆文化工作水平的重要部分,成为推动档案馆馆藏资源开发利用的重要途径。本文介绍了国内外档案界的文化创意产品开发情况,分析了档案馆目前在文化创意产品开发中面临的管理体制、思想认识、基础业务和人才等方面的限制,进而提出了今后工作应有针对性地进行调整、改变,更好地实现档案馆的文化职能。
Archives play an important part in our institutions of scientific and cultural undertakings, but compared to libraries and museums, during the development of cultural creative products, the archives in China have always been in a passive backward position, getting less policy support. However, with the rapid development of cultural creative industries, the development of cultural creative products should also become an important part to enhance the level of archives' cultural service, and to promote archives resource utilization. This paper introduces the development of domestic and foreign archives cultural creative products. After a series of researches and analysis, we conclude that the development of archives' cultural creative products is mainly restricted by management mechanism, ideology, basic business and personnel resources, and we should adjust, change accordingly to achieve the archives' cultural functions better.
