摘要
以硫酸法钛白生产过程的中间产品 Ti OSO4 液为原料 ,采用萃取等方法将 Ti O2 转为有机物溶胶 ,再将此溶胶蒸馏制成纳米 Ti O2 粉体。以 D2 EHPA为萃取剂 ,最佳萃取工艺条件为 :D2 EHPA浓度 2 5 % ,O/ A=1∶ 5 ,萃取时间 10 min。最终产品纳米 Ti O2 通过煅烧温度达到物相的晶形转变 ,其纳米 Ti O2 膏体粒子粒径约为 2 0 nm。
The TiOSO 4 liquid,a semifinished product from the production of titanium white flour by sulfuric acid method, was used as material. The TiO 2 was changed into a kind of organic collosol by the extraction, and into nanometer titanium dioxide powder by the rectification. The D2EHPA was used as extractant. The favor conditions for the extraction industry are:25% D2EHPA,O/A=1 :5,and 10 min extraction.The changement of crystal form of the finished product nanometer TiO 2 is implemented by calcine.TiO 2 cream particles are about 20 nm in size
