1例囊性纤维化患者应用替加环素诱发急性胰腺炎

Tigecycline Induced Acute Pancreatitis in a Cystic Fibrosis Patient

报道了1例22岁男性囊性纤维化患者,因慢性支气管炎急性加重,两次应用注射用替加环素后均并发急性胰腺炎。临床医师应增强替加环素诱发胰腺炎的风险意识,特别是那些可能并发胰腺炎的高危患者。

A 22-years-old male with cystic fibrosis developed acute bronchitis. He was given tigecycline on two separate occasions, each time he developed pancreatitis as evidenced by symptomatology. The results of this case suggest that clinicians should be aware of the potential of pancreatitis when using tigecycline. Clinicians should be particularly mindful of this complication in patients with comorbidities that might increase the risk of pancreatitis above that of general population.
