摘要
分别用硫酸-高氯酸和硝酸-高氯酸两种混合酸消煮,测定了24份植物样品的全钾含量。结果表明:两种消煮方法测定结果的平均相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为0.360%和0.258%,重现性好;平均全钾含量分别是:0.890 g/kg和0.662 g/kg。T检验表明两种方法结果差异极显著:硫酸-高氯酸消煮法测定植物全钾的结果平均高于硝酸-高氯酸消煮法测定结果 34.4%,最大高于165.2%,最低高于4.7%。
In this paper, the total potassium content of 24 forest plant samples were determined by sulfuric acid -perchloric and nitric acid - perchloric respectively. The results showed that the average relative standard deviation (RSD) of the two methods were 0. 360% and 0. 258% respectively, and the reproducibility was good; the mean to-tal potassium content was 0. 890 g/kg and 0. 662 g/kg respectively. T test showed that the results of the two methods were very significant : the average results of the determination of total potassium in plants by sulfuric acid - perchloric acid was 34. 4% higher than by nitric acid - perchloric acid, with the maximum of 165. 2 % and the minimum of 4. 7%.
