摘要
本文利用DEM建模、可视域分析等方法,采用监测率、盲区率、重复率等指标来评价森林防火监测型资源配置的合理性,并根据这些指标来对监测型资源的配置进行优化。以贵阳市为例,对贵阳市1230km^2范围内的森林防火监测点选址进行优化试验,结果表明,经优化后的监测面积上升26%。
In this paper, the methods of DEM modeling and visible range analysis was used to evaluate the ra-tionality of the allocation of the forest fire monitoring resources through the indicators including monitor rate, blind spot rate, repetition rate and etc. The monitoring resources were optimized based on these indicators. Taking Guiy-ang City as an example, the optimization experiment of forest fire prevention monitoring location? was carried out within the scope of 1230 km2 in Guiyang City , the result showed that the? monitoring area rose by 26% after opti-mization.
