摘要
目的:对超声引导下甲状腺结节细针穿刺术的临床护理措施进行探究分析。方法:选取我院收治的行超声引导下甲状腺结节细针穿刺术患者50例进行研究,入院时间均在2015年10月至2016年12月期间,通过单双号随机分组的方式将患者分为两组,对照组患者给予传统护理,观察组给予综合护理,对两组患者的心理状况、穿刺成功率、术后并发症发生概率进行比较。结果:观察组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分明显较对照组低,其一次穿刺成功率及术后并发症发生概率均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:综合护理在超声引导下甲状腺结节细针穿刺术患者中的应用效果显著,值得今后在临床中广泛应用。
Objective： To investigate the clinical nursing measures of ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration of thyroid nod-ules. Methods： The patients were divided into two groups： control group （n=15） and control group （n = 50）. The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment and the observation group was given comprehensive treatment Nursing, the psychological status of the two groups of patients, the success rate of puncture, postoperative complications were com-pared. Results： The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the rate of one time puncture success rate and the incidence of postoperative complications were better than those of the control group,P 〈C 0. 05. Conclusion： The application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with thyroid nodule fine nee-dle aspiration under ultrasound guidance is significant, and it is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
