microRNA-373在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘要 目的:探讨微小RNA(miR-373)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应检测64例乳腺癌患者癌组织标本及其对应的癌旁组织标本中miR-373的表达情况,分析其与乳腺癌的临床病理特征关系与诊断价值。结果:miR-373在乳腺癌组织中的表达明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);且miR-373的表达水平与淋巴结转移以及Her2表达情况明显相关(P<0.05);ROC分析发现曲线下面积(AUC)为0.696。结论:miR-373可作为乳腺癌诊断的一个潜在的新型生物标志物。
